Something that cuts through a lot of corporate BS and really makes sense. But the surprising thing is I actually think he's onto something. Tony Hsieh has some nerve suggesting that he built a billion dollar company in pursuit of happiness. This book makes an excellent fire-starter. You ran out of firewood for your fireplace.
